Drivers and Managers can fall foul of the regulations due to misunderstanding or not remaining up to date with rules.

Passing this exam proves the candidate does have a good understanding (Level 3) of the Drivers Hours and Tachograph rules. This can be beneficial for drivers seeking employment, operators displaying a higher level of training to their clients or operators displaying conformation to authorities.

The benefit for operators is a reduction in drivers hours infringements and drivers having improved knowledge to ensure compliance and reducing management time. The successful completion of the course may also serve as proof to potential customers of your continued management of driver’s hours and commitment to compliance.
